Thank you for shopping with Nutrition Lab. Below is everything you need to know about how and when your order ships.
Order processing Orders are processed and shipped from our store in Walpole, MA within [1–2 business days] of being placed. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.
Shipping rates & delivery times (United States) We offer two shipping speeds, with rates calculated at checkout based on order weight:
- Standard — 3–4 business days. $5.95 for orders under $100.
- Economy — 5–8 business days. $5.95 for orders under $100.
- Free shipping — orders of $100 or more ship free, on both Standard and Economy.
Exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship We currently ship within the United States. [International shipping: confirm with Daron — your store currently has an international zone active via DHL/USPS. Either keep this paragraph and say "We also ship internationally; rates are calculated at checkout," or remove the international zone and delete this note.]
Order tracking Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking to update after you receive it.
Delays Delivery times are estimates and aren't guaranteed. Once a package leaves our hands, it's in the carrier's control — weather, holidays, and carrier delays can affect timing. If your order hasn't arrived in a reasonable window, contact us and we'll help track it down.
